This Cancellation Policy governs orders placed on https://rupastha.com operated by Rupastha (a brand of Khushbu Jewellers).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

● Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours

● Customers must request cancellation as early as possible

● Once dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted under any circumstances

2. How to Cancel

● Cancellation requests must be raised via our official support channel

● Order ID and registered contact details are required

● Requests from unofficial channels may not be processed

3. Cancellation Terms by Payment Type

a) Prepaid Orders

● Eligible cancellations will be processed as store credit / wallet balance

● Refund to original payment method is not applicable in normal cases

● Processing time: 24–72 hours after approval

b) COD Orders with Partial Prepayment

● A nominal ₹50 or applicable percentage is charged as advance

● This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

● It may be reused for future purchases

c) COD Orders without Deposit

● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge

4. Cancellation Charges

We do not charge any cancellation fee for eligible cancellations.

However, non-refundable components such as COD deposits or applicable charges may not be refunded.

5. Important Conditions

● Processed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled

● Customized or kundli-based products may not be cancelled once processing begins

● Repeated cancellations may lead to account restriction

6. Fraud Prevention

● Misuse of cancellation policy may lead to order blocking

● Suspicious activities may result in account restriction

● Final decision rests with Rupastha
