Shipping Policy

At Rupastha (by Khushbu Jewellers), we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer promotional shipping benefits from time to time, which will be visible during checkout.

2. Order Verification (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

● Orders may be verified via call or message

● Only confirmed and verified orders are processed for dispatch

This helps ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays.

3. Order Processing Time

● Most orders are processed within 24 hours

● All verified orders are shipped within 48 hours

● Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

4. Delivery Timeline

● Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch

● Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and serviceability

5. Festivals & Special Occasions

During festive periods, special occasions, or time-sensitive events, we recommend placing your order at least 10–15 days in advance.

While we always try our best to deliver on time, higher order volumes and courier delays during such periods may affect delivery timelines.
Ordering in advance helps ensure your order reaches you when you need it.

6. Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet timelines, delays may occur due to:

● Remote or non-serviceable areas

● Weather or operational disruptions

● Courier partner delays

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete address details.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

9. Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
Further handling will be done as per our Return & Refund Policy.
