At Rupastha (a brand of Khushbu Jewellers), we may offer promotional cashback benefits on select orders. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Eligibility
● Cashback is applicable once per customer per promotional offer
● Valid only on successfully delivered orders
● Offer applicability may vary based on active promotions
2. Cashback Amount
● Cashback will be equal to the net amount paid by the customer, up to a maximum of ₹500
● Shipping charges, COD fees, and partial prepaid amounts are excluded
3. Cashback Credit
● Issued as a unique coupon code / store credit
● Processed only after successful delivery
● Credited within 24–72 hours after delivery
4. Usage Conditions
● Minimum cart value of ₹999 required
● Only one cashback code can be used per order
● Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
5. Validity
● Cashback code is valid for 60 days from issuance
● Expired codes will not be extended or reissued
6. Cancellation, Return & Replacement Impact
● Cashback will be void if the order is cancelled, returned, or replaced
● Not applicable for failed deliveries or refused orders
7. Refund Alignment
● Cashback is a promotional benefit and cannot be converted into cash
● Cashback is separate from refund/store credit policies
8. Non-Transferable
● Cashback is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer
9. Fraud Prevention & Payment Safety
● Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to cancellation of cashback and account restriction
● We do not ask for payments via random calls, messages, or unofficial links
● Do not share OTP, UPI, or payment details with unknown sources
● Payments made to unauthorized persons will be at customer’s own risk
10. Modification & Final Decision
● Rupastha reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time
● All decisions regarding cashback eligibility and disputes shall be final
