At Rupastha (by Khushbu Jewellers), we are committed to offering authentic and high-quality spiritual products. As many of our products are personal and belief-based in nature, we request you to carefully review the following policy.
1. Replacement Window
We offer a 24-hour (1 day) replacement window from the time of delivery.
Kindly ensure that any issue is reported within this timeframe to enable us to assist you efficiently.
2. Important Guidelines
● Our products (such as Rudraksha, gemstones, malas, etc.) are spiritual and often personalized based on kundli, zodiac, or numerology.
● Due to their personal and sensitive nature, returns are generally not applicable once the product has been used or worn.
● We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before placing an order.
3. Unboxing Requirement
To ensure a smooth and fair resolution process, we request customers to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
This helps us quickly validate and resolve any concerns. Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for review.
4. Eligible Replacement Cases
We will be happy to assist with a replacement in the following situations:
● Incorrect item received
● Product received in a damaged or defective condition
All such requests are subject to verification.
5. Situations Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
We may not be able to process requests in the following cases:
● Products that have been used, worn, or altered
● Items without original packaging or missing contents
● Natural variations in stones or Rudraksha (as each piece is unique)
● Customized or kundli-based product selections
● Requests raised after the 24-hour window
6. Quality Check & Approval
Every request is carefully reviewed by our team.
Once the returned product is received, it undergoes a quality inspection before approval.
7. Partial Prepaid (COD) Orders
● A nominal ₹50 partial prepaid fee and on bigger value we charge 10% is applied on Cash on Delivery orders
● This amount is non-refundable
● In case of failed delivery (RTO), the amount can be reused for future purchases
8. Reverse Shipping
● For approved cases, we will either arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
● In some locations, customers may be requested to ship the product back
9. Refunds
In most situations, approved requests are processed as:
● Store credit / wallet balance / gift code
This allows a quicker and smoother resolution for future purchases.
10. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds to the original payment method may be considered in rare situations such as:
● Significant delivery delays
● Repeated instances of incorrect or damaged items
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 4–7 business days.
11. Delivery-Related Cases
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
● Customer unavailability
● Incorrect address details
The order may be returned, and applicable refunds will be issued as store credit after adjusting shipping charges.
12. Payment Note
We recommend customers verify the payable amount during delivery.
We are unable to take responsibility for any excess payment made directly to the courier.
13. 6-Month Color Fading Support
We offer a one-time replacement within 6 months for color fading concerns.
Conditions:
● Applicable only for color fading (not damage)
● Clear product images must be shared
A ₹100 shipping & handling fee (prepaid) will apply.
14. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
● Rudraksha and gemstones (especially after use)
● Personalized / kundli-based items
● Sale items
● Gift cards
15. Exchange Process
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may place a new order once the previous request is resolved (if applicable).
16. How to Request
To initiate a request, please share:
● Order ID
● Registered contact details
● Unboxing video and product images
● Brief description of the issue
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
17. Fair Usage
We strive to maintain a fair policy for all customers.
Requests that indicate misuse or incorrect claims may not be eligible for approval.
18. Final Decision
All requests are reviewed carefully, and the final resolution is determined by Rupastha (Khushbu Jewellers).

20. Payment Safety & Fraud Alert
For your safety, please be aware of fraudulent calls, messages, or payment requests made in the name of Rupastha (by Khushbu Jewellers).
● We do not ask for payments via random calls, messages, or unofficial links
● If anyone contacts you claiming to be from our team and asks for payment, OTP, UPI transfer, or sensitive details, please do not proceed
● Any payment made to unauthorized individuals or accounts will be solely at the customer’s risk. Rupastha will not be responsible for such losses
● Our team will only contact you through our official contact number and verified channels
● If you receive any suspicious communication, we strongly advise you to ignore it and report it to us immediately
