1. Our Replacement Promise
We offer a 24-hour window from the moment of delivery to report any concerns. This ensures we can resolve issues swiftly while the product is in its purest state.
- Eligibility: Replacements are granted for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
- The Golden Rule: A clear unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us maintain a fair and transparent process for everyone.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original Rupastha packaging.
2. Premium 6-Month Support
For our valued patrons, we offer a one-time replacement within 6 months specifically for color-fading concerns.
- Simply share clear photos of the item.
- A nominal ₹100 shipping & handling fee applies, and we’ll send a fresh piece your way.
3. Returns & Store Credits
To keep our process efficient, approved returns are processed as Store Credit (Gift Cards/Wallet Balance).
- COD Orders: A non-refundable partial fee (₹50 or 10% for high-value items) applies to secure your booking.
- Shipping: For approved cases, we’ll guide you through our easy return pickup or shipping process.
- Exceptions: Due to their sacred and personal nature, Rudraksha, gemstones, personalized items, and sale products are final sale once used or worn.
4. Delivery & Safety
- Accuracy: Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. If a delivery fails (RTO), your balance will be safely credited to your store wallet (minus shipping).
- Fair Play: To protect our community, we do not accept returns based on personal preference or size issues (please refer to our detailed size guides!).
